Fables

A contemporary restaurant, bar and event space located in the eclectic Sydney suburb of Marrickville. The interior design concept for this hospitality venue is based around 'foraging', sourcing what is available and rethinking how it can be used in a considered and meaningful way. The core of the restaurant’s interior is to show how reuse can be sexy. Sustainability, locally sourced materials, and Australian artisans reinforces chef Elena Reygadas approach to biodiversity and storytelling, to which Fables is born.
